GoalGirls Academy
GoalGirls Academy is a Honduran project that combines soccer with technology, aimed at female athletes, students, and enthusiasts interested in exploring and learning about the blockchain and Web3 world integrated with sports and education. This is a non-profit initiative focused on rescuing young girls at risk and from low-income backgrounds, particularly those vulnerable in marginalized sectors of society in our city, San Pedro Sula. We work with young people between the ages of 12 and 18, providing them with the opportunity for a dignified education and the chance to belong to a community where they can contribute knowledge and excel through their skills.

Our Partnership
Through our partnership with Club Deportivo Universidad, we have the opportunity to reach more young women, as the club has three youth categories and a senior league team:
It is important to highlight that Club Universidad, founded on July 29, 2000, has a 25-year trajectory in training some of the best female players in Honduras. Currently, in 2025, the club has players representing the country in the U-19 pre-World Cup and World Cup, as well as in the National Senior Team. The club currently has a roster of 58 players across different categories, with 28 players representing the club in the Honduran Women’s Senior League during the 2025 season.
